The Empowering Youth Leadership program is at the heart of our organization. Through engaging and collaborative experiences, we provide a safe and inclusive space for at-risk youth to develop essential leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. By nurturing their autonomy while offering guidance, we empower these young leaders to shape their futures positively.

Knowledge for Every Level
Beginners Experience
Ages 8-12
Youth from the ages 8-12 will participate in different onsite experiences to help identify and cultivate their interest. Whether they join hands on interactive experiences or take fieldtrips exposing them to visual learning opportunities outside the walls of their community.

Ages 13-17
Youth from the ages 13-17 will participate in onsite and offsite experiences to cultivate their gift interest by interacting in professional, meaningful, and practical learning experiences preparing them for their future. The youth will join in training experiences and take fieldtrips exposing them to hands on learning opportunities outside the walls
